Mwangi Karanja is the firm’s Managing Director. He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi having attained a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Environmental studies. Mr. Mwangi also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit from African Nazarene University. He is a NEMA registered environmental expert and an Associate Member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE-UK) with an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.
Mr. Mwangi has extensive experience designing and handling environmental programs, including carrying out environmental impact assessment and audits for Rural Electrification Authority, Mini Holdings, Nippon Koei Co. Ltd, Danish Refugee Council, Norwegian Refugee Council, Oxfam, e.t.c. He has also carried out a wide range of projects, including research for the University of Nairobi on the opportunities and challenges in Socio-economic development and attainment of Vision 2030. He has also conducted a field project on Arid and Semi-Arid lands in Kenya courtesy of Centre for Environmental Training and Development (CETRAD).
